SBS Legal Solutions (SBSL), having their office at Chamber No 73, Civil Wing, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi, Delhi 110058, is hereby appointed as the legal advisor of The Retina Centre (TRC) on a fixed-term partnership basis.
SBS Legal Solutions (SBSL) will carry out their legal advising duties and responsibilities per the agreement signed between SBSL and TRC.
SBS Legal Solutions team of law partners are hereby authorized to deal with statutory legal authorities and in the matter of affairs of courts on behalf of The Retina Centre board of directors and management team unless explicitly stated and communicated otherwise.
